The service was exceptional, with professional and friendly staff always available for any need. The location, right next to Covent Garden, was excellent, offering a perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. The dining experience was top-notch, with delicious meals and a civilized honesty bar. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding features.
